I just refuse publication of a commentary on class council the second half.

I must publish the details of such moderation. Unless otherwise stated by the officers, so that a message is issued:
- it must be signed (email address visible)
- it must focus on the theme,
- it does not contain names birds and a variety.
Before publication, I will check with the email address that person is indeed the author.

The rejected message this morning, did not validate the first item. I invite the author of this e-message me back signed.
