4) Approval of the minutes of AC 5 / 10
For the trip to Caen, choice is made to the Travel for a day: 25.27 euros (36 euros had authorized CA)
5) budgetary decisions
- payment of sports facilities in town: EUR 28000
- making 10,000 euros to complete the meal until the end of December
- larger amounts for the markets to avoid payment difficulties that are cut by category, but the overall it can not be exceeded.
- all equipment must be depreciated for wear according to its type: for example, tool 10 years, computer software 1 year.
6) Approval of the agreement "most forward" from GIRPEH to help the integration of disabled and ailing, development within the college of computer hardware and related software. free action. Useful mainly by segpa.
7) modality of use of the apprenticeship tax
The amount is 7500 euro in 2009. We defined the possible uses of this tax: to always training.
8) Authorization to enter into a supply contract for delivery meals. In January, meals must be purchased from the company Prestalim. The meals will be reheated on site. It's the same company as that provided ESAT. Flexibility is possible: if we have fewer students, you can order fewer meals up to half an hour before serving. The other claimant is considered liquidation.
9) 2010 Budget
revenue: 218 000 euros (7000 euros in sales, 35,000 of the state (constant / 2009), 116 000 of the General Council (+5% / 2009), 59 000 euros accommodation to the general service)
expenditure: 227 000 euros (including teaching 82 000 euros (+90% / 2009 for (photocopying and renting gyms are inserted + investment material into high growth), gas + elec + water 57 000 euros, servicing 33,000 (13%), other costs 20 000 euros (internet, insurance, travel), common expenses (office phone) 10 000.
A discussion ensued on the projection method, rather than books that continue to burden the binders. Teachers defend the necessity of the book class. Textbooks are available at the study room for personal work. The video-projection equipment is improving.
The budget is unbalanced. Compared to last year's capital budget, while the previous was an operating budget. It can rebalance by deducting the reserve fund of EUR 8 000. 44 000 euros would remain in the reserve fund, which should not exceed 2 months of operation.
* Special Services Technical Education (segpa)
recipe EUR 12 000 EUR 12 000
spending
The presentation is different from last year as the educational part is left now in the general service, which will not prevent segpa use the operation. *
catering recipe
380 000 euro (tikets packages and the only resources)
expenses 380,000 euros (223,000 euros food) *
school trips and outings recipe
64,000 euros (40,000 euros for the week of snow)
spending EUR 64 000
10) estimate of the publicly
An amount much larger than the actual budget for not having a problem spending by particular line (fish, fruits the product lessivels ...)
11) E3D Project: a sustainable development project within the college is written. It lasts three years. Will address the themes of water and plant food, energy and housing. A steering committee was created, with teachers, students, staff, parents wishing to attend are asked to do so.
12) The proposed opening of a European section English. Teachers can teach their subject in English and enhancement of 2 hours in language. A survey was done on 4th of 4 classes: 27 students are interested. This will not be consistent with the choice of Latin. The access granted by the Rector will probably 4th next year.
The problem of teaching of German is that it may still decrease. One solution is to make a sixth bi-lingual English-German, or a reopening of LV3 high school German. The end of language exchange with Germany playing a trick. The difficulty comes from the demands of trade were not the same on both sides of the border.
13) day of 25 November: training on dyslexia will be held on two days half for volunteer instructors and a half day for the entire institution. The course will not take place on Wednesday morning.
14) some changes in schedule:
- Bridge climb. The college will be closed on 14 / 5, in exchange for the open house 6 / 3.
- The day of solidarity will be used for training on the common core of skills. Facility opened two days of pre-school returned to the city and not just for college teachers.
15) review of the ESF. 5 members last year. Only two more people this year: organizing outings and trips for financial aid, manage lockers, Who's Who, purses to clothing, club participation comics, costumes for theater. The balance sheet is to come. Enough forces. Resignation at the end of the two teachers.
The headmaster said: Distributions of sampling is stopped for lack of interested people, this was not the role of supervisors. The mechanism for allocating lockers should not depend on the contribution to the ESF. The ESF should not help trips or rent locker, but create animations for all.
In fact for the record, this was not the case, arrangements have been possible. The disappearance of the ESF would be a serious loss. It must appeal to parents and teachers to operate the structure of solidarity. Clubs and activities from noon to rely on the ESF. Choir theater and use the ESF for books, entries.

report made by Ms. LEBOUC
Minutes of Meeting 6th E CLASS COUNCIL of 03/12/2009
PERSONS PRESENT:
Deputy Head of School: Ms. Mette-KIM Cheang
Teachers: Mrs. AUBOURG (EPS), Mr. BELKAID (History Geography ), Mr BERTHON (Technology), Mr. BOUHRA (Mathematics), M. SALOME (French)
Students Deputies Class: Miss Mary Sammartano, Miss Celestine VERDUN
Parent Representative: Mrs. Lévrard
REVIEW OF TEACHER, M. SALOME on the atmosphere of the class and work. Overall average
Class: 12.99 / 20 (note life outside of class); Pretty good result masking disparities: 13 to 16 students have a fairly good or good overall average. 4 students are not average, 1 student did not average in seven subjects. In music and technology (materials without pre-requisite primary school), many students did not mean: learning problem.
Behavior: Three students disrupt classes. Reprimands may point the channel.
Individual work in class: do not worry; Lab group: very noisy
OPINION OF THE VARIOUS TEACHERS on class. Ms.
AUBOURG: class tonic and very dynamic. Boys agitated; serious girls but creating a lot of stories ...
Mr. BELKAID: dynamic class, although participating in oral and masts. But often poorly tuned and very noisy. Mr.
BERTHON: students curious, active and respectful. Nice atmosphere. Pleased to move forward.
Nevertheless, some disruptive students in the class. Another downside: if class work is very satisfying work done at home is enough (bad test scores). Mr.
BOUHRA: Class satisfactory overall. No problem of discipline. Students lend themselves to the game of questions and answers but botched the lessons to learn. Control knowledge unsatisfactory. Lack of homework, lack of attention and investment. Review the tables for a few ...
Mrs. CLEMENT ROMAN (opinion given to Mr. SALOME): Class pleasant, satisfactory participation, but the sixth slower than others.
M. SALOME: Good overall average in French but 5 students were dropping out already. Large gaps in spelling: no replay or method; unaware of grammatical rules compliance and spelling.
ALL PROFESSORS and Mette recall that all subjects are important. The coefficient is the same for all the Brevet. Everything counts. No material should be studied as a dilettante. NOTES
pupil delegates and responses.
- especially disruptive students in English classes. "Fed" for children who want to move and listen to teachers. Response
Mr. and Mrs. SALOME METTE: "it is for delegates to speak to the class and to join forces in solidarity against the disruptive elements" to think Mr. SALOME establish a tracking sheet for each specific difficult student.
- Collective punishments unjust (case history geo): Mr. BELKAID recalls that the rules of punishment had been clearly articulated and validated by the whole class in the fall. He stressed that these last two Mondays all children (not just the "usual suspects") were particularly noisy and not very attentive. This issue of punishment to be revisited in the classroom.
- How to "learn" lessons of history / geography? Mr. BELKAID stands available to students.
the DELEGATE NOTES PARENTS AND ANSWERS.
- Lack of accurate information for weeks by SALOME and BM can not do better. The calendar year has been painted different colors depending on whether the week A or B. This schedule is exclusively ATP.
- Matching Parent / teacher non-reciprocal. Returns unsigned words. Words read? Teachers surprised. Students show they the words of parents to teachers?
- Move over Sports: Ms. AUBOURG confirms that two times two hours of sport in the morning the first hour is not ideal. Mette says it is not easy to satisfy everyone in the schedules.
- Unruly Children in English: Read answers under "disruptive students."
- The Permanence is not a place of study: Mette replied that the management of permanence is not simple. It was actually not a place to learn but you can do written work.
- CDI 12h to 14h: Students can they go free? : Mette replied that access can not be free: a rotation is necessary because 23 classes share this place. Groups are limited to 15 students on average.
- Penalties individual rather than collective See paragraph above "collective punishment".
- Lots of homework the night before for the next day (math, English, French): Mr. SALOME indicates that for its part, the long work are given in advance. Only short exercises are given the day before for the morrow. Mette think it is mainly a problem of organization and method of student work.
- Lightening the weight of the binder? Students should not hesitate to ask the teachers what book to bring the next course. It seems that too heavy schoolbag is also related to the fear of forgetting its manual: By default students seriously worried and carry all their books.

balance on the head teacher of the class room and work: class
whose results are correct. It is a class alive. It works well because students are likely to work even if for some it requires great efforts. Progress was made since the beginning of the school year.
Two students disrupt the proper functioning of the class. This creates a tension in it. Some acts of physical violence are
to regret. Students have so far not afraid to go to class.
The unit should be improved by the class of snow. Currently 12 of the 15 students expected to participate. A new student arrived late.
organization using folders is An additional difficulty of organization.
For those who have the most organizational problems, aid can be offered in the form of tutoring by another student who will help him tidy up his cabinet to take over his homework. If this method is inadequate for some students, the use of notebooks will be replaced. The parent may also their child on their side, making sure the bags are complete before returning to college, that all equipment is present: without his classes, it is difficult to learn its lessons. Notes
pupil delegates: Nothing to report more. Notes
delegates from parents and answers: For delegates that both parents can come to class council, a consultation between Mr. Brault and parents will be made in advance, to take account of the freedom of schedule to parents to fix the next date. For parents

- English Ms. Pinçon: dynamic class and talkative students, work at home is superficial
- Ms. French-Ferari Dutay: An average low below 10 despite many small control over 5, students and talkative players. The work is not regular and lessons not learned.
- Hist Geo-Garcia: A good potential and dynamism with a capacity for work and reflection, but provides little effort and a lack of progress. Underachieving students need a class header.

Alinat (SVT), Mr. ST FROM (EPS)
Deputies students: Cora and Nora MILON Dupuis
Deputies parents: Christine Tafforeau
Assessment of teacher: A class that does not necessarily have the usual profile of First L. Ms. BARAT
Review: A class for which Ms. BARAT do not appreciate the behavior of some. Mr.
BOUCHAUD (Mathematics-Computer): Class very heterogeneous. A small group completely lacks maturity. Average low enough lack of work. Ms.
BOUJU (English reinforced): Disappointing. Students very unpleasant overall. An enormous effort must be made by 15 students in the group. Mrs. RICHARD
(LV1 and LV2 English): Class in general quite difficult at the beginning of the year because bad state of mind of a group. It's better but work is still uneven. 2 or 3 disruptive elements. Participation: it is always the same and that's unfortunate.
Mr. ST FROM (EPS): 6 students, others are with colleagues. Nothing special about the attitude. Efforts for some, less for others. Mr.
Barailler-PENOT (History and Geography): A class that has no literary highly visible profile. It arranges for some. Some students are lost and some make no effort, no discipline. Analysis remains superficial. Improves all the same work-related provided. Ms.
HOUSEHOLD (German LV1): Except for two students who work seriously, not satisfied. They are a little soft.

Class size: 16 Class Average: 11.23
Opinion teacher: Class pleasant enough, especially given its small size, could take advantage of ideal working conditions but where the atmosphere is not excellent due to lack of team spirit. The results are not bad but still a little weak for a first quarter. Some students are weak and / or provide insufficient work. Participation was an overall improvement. Opinion
PE teacher: In EPS, the two classes are grouped first STG and the number reached 28 students with whom it is quite difficult and tiring work because they do not listen few instructions. Most pupils demonstrated skills in action but the "launch" is often laborious.
Opinion of Professor of History Geography: Sharing the opinion of the teacher. Some boys provide a work surface and harmful behavior in the classroom. Opinion
French teacher: Class pleasant when it is difficult to get students' attention. No work atmosphere very average results. The class must get to work in the prospect of year-end review.
Opinion of Professor of Mathematics: The Results are means, most likely due to a lack of work. Opinion
English teacher: A group of boys spoil the atmosphere of the class
Opinion of Professor of Communication: The average is correct. Some disruptive elements who do not work enough.

report made by Ms.

Some tips for running: paper prepared by contact with parents. Ask around the table to know which is which class life atmosphere forces weaknesses specific projects for the structure, then individual cases, if negative view of a child, we strive to seek out existing strengths, parents can then make interventions general subjects. Student representatives also have an opinion: it is desirable to discuss with them before the council for their vision. We have access to all the quarter notes, but they are made. Patterns of reporting are available.
To do: Request a list of parents contacted the school. JM Génevaux it occupies.
3) Questions for CA (dig into this list based on sales)
- trainees: a collection of proposals is done by the CIPF. We will forward the list to college, and we hope it keeps the spare wheel, and not broadcast it until early January. It is annoying to restrict the geographical distance. Ask CA the reason for this restriction. The CIPF must fight to overturn the provision.
- carpool and return: the schedules are sometimes large gaps. This can involve many return trips. For example, for homework help, students are invited as they were not being here this afternoon. Should we move the children for 1 hour: the hour is she not moved to consolidate this course to others? A balance is between recherhcer schedules and transportation.
- no work stoppage for more than four weeks intermittently 5th: the college offers he working overtime to teachers still in good health?
- weight of school bags: Extra purchases of textbooks by drawing on reserve funds, or purchase a video projector (for all textbooks: textbook revisions irrelevant): in both cases, lack of transportation book.
- unexcused absences of children: This appears even for medical reasons while the word was sent, the absence is considered unjustified. Is there any trace in the student record? The term "inadmissible" is more suitable, because the justification was made. Who decides on the admissibility not?
- Influenza A copy of the proceedings: Will the date specified?
- Security Parking: derives from the attitude of parents is requested speed humps, baffles or other solutions?
- Cycling vests unworn: art deco plastic? Another idea? Bicycle parking within the college as if wearing a vest with the arrival of night?
- high school class trips: travel and maintenance costs of maintenance. Aid of the home are possible. The parents need to organize activities sucratives: Car wash transaction by college students during the open house? no lottery, no cake. Opinions divergnent: "We must search for travel less far. Either we offer a place for everyone, or you do not leave. "" Why deprive some because others do not go? If not enough space: a draw. It is better to fill a bus with some of the children who travel by train "Do not insist if a family refuses to financial reason. Décarcassent The teachers themselves. We must aim for matches that are less chert. Recall the existence of aid social background than college students.
- votes: students can deposit the ballot parent themselves in the ballot box without being roughed up for walking.
- trimbalage students from three classes at the beginning: attention to the way to, interruption of course, many cases.

Dragon Ball Z Comforter
Course for Students Third
Students in 3rd College Bercé must do an internship observation undertaken in early February. The CIPF has requested that CA parents are solicited by the college administration to propose an internship in the company where they work if they can. For the moment we have not heard of this approach, as the mutual fund intends to begin collecting this information from parents who agreed to be contacted.
Could you send it by email to jmgenev@univ-lemans.fr one of the 2 following lines:
a) I can offer an internship for a graduate student: state (job, place, name-taking of framing, telephone or email the contact person)
b) I can not offer an internship for a student to third.
At the meeting of 6/11/9, it was decided that the proposed training will be provided to students as early January for those who have not yet found an internship: the research internship for students will remain. However, to give ideas of possible following the trades that have been proposed (without contacts ...) *
teacher-teacher-researcher researcher
* *
woodwork and parquet
* nursing home *
teacher specialized in helping children in difficulty
Thank you for your cooperation.
JM Génevaux, as Secretary of CIPF.
